As the migration programme to transfer existing users from the legacy product, CASPAR, to the new cloud-based solution, CASPARCLOUD, continues apace, the Product Team have been busy with development incorporating industry-leading functionality that improves compliance and conformity for its customers.
Trojan’s success to date can be attributed in large part to their strong customer relationships, with over 85 Local Authorities and Solicitors using their financial management solution today, and incorporating their valuable user feedback to build products to suit the needs of the market. This approach continues to be central to the company’s development strategy and it is from this customer feedback loop that the Product Team have built the first feature release.
Available for Users as of today, CASPARCLOUD will now showcase:
- A much-improved user interface with a new high-contrast mode to ensure accessibility for all users
- New optimisation capabilities – with the system now being fully optimised so that no matter what size screen users have the information is easy to view and pages can be easily navigated.
- A brand-new feature – Client Budgets
This latest new budget feature has been designed to make Users lives easier, and results in Court of Protection teams now being able to see in real-time how Client expenditure is progressing against their expectations. It enables Users to assign transactions to budgets for their clients, which will be automatically posted once the transaction is reconciled, providing a complete overview of the client’s expenditure over a period of time and ensuring appropriate use of funds.
