- Trojan Consultants have announced the dates for the upcoming CasparCloud User Group, which is finally taking place after being postponed due to the pandemic
Bromsgrove, UK – Trojan Consultants, the financial software specialists, have released exclusive information regarding the date of their upcoming CasparCloud User group event. This is the first national event held by Trojan since 2019, due to planned dates being cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that swept the globe.
The Trojan User Group, due to be held on Tuesday 18th October in Birmingham, is set to be a show-stopping event. Not only is this the first event held by Trojan in a number of years, it is also the first time customers will have the chance to get together since the release of the CasparCloud system, back in September 2021.
The User Group will be focused on the newly released, industry-leading financial management solution, designed for Professional Deputies and Appointees. Developed through user led, knowledge-based design, CasparCloud is the scalable, flexible, and intuitive solution that provides compliance and efficiency through process automation to meet the challenging regulatory demands of Court of Protection teams. It is now in use across a number of Local Authority sites across the UK.
The event will offer Trojan’s customer base the chance to learn more about the CasparCloud system and also the business itself, with agenda slots on:
- Company updates and a look ahead presented by Commercial Director, Larry Morgan
- Product road map and future developments overviews by Product Manager, Geri Rawlins
- Updates on the ongoing migration and implementation program from Project Director, Cathy Diver
Customers will have the opportunity to discover more about the CasparCloud system in a hands-on environment too, via a full range of workshop sessions. The workshops are due to be mini training sets, run by members of the team, on topics led by user feedback such as reconciliation, reporting and how to use the latest CasparCloud features.
Trojan have additionally revealed that they will be uncovering an exciting revelation on the day, involving the current CasparCloud brand and system. This follows on from recent announcements from the Trojan team regarding modernisation across the board including the launch of the brand-new Knowledgebase, an e-learning hub for cloud-software users, and a streamlined customer training strategy.
Further to this, current Caspar users who have not yet had the chance to migrate from the legacy system to the new solution will have the chance to learn more about the migration process plus hear how the system is positively impacting other Local Authorities across England. The day will also cover a live Q&A session – which is always an informative and interactive affair.
Larry Morgan, Commercial Director, who is lined up to kick the day off is thoroughly looking forward to the event and says,
“It seems like a lifetime since the last national user group meeting and, as we know, over that time the way people work and communicate has changed. For someone whose career has revolved around building personal relationships with customers the lack of face-to-face meetings has been absolute purgatory and to say I am excited about the user group meeting is a huge understatement and I cannot wait to welcome everyone to what should be an enjoyable and worthwhile day!”
This newly announced event displays Trojans determination to not only deliver pioneering products for its customers, but their commitment to ensure they provide a user experience that truly eases the burden for the Court of Protection teams managing the financial affairs of vulnerable individuals through their solutions.
