This monumental milestone for Trojan shows just how far the team and the CASPAR system have advanced and developed over the past 15 years to meet growing consumer demands. The system has been greatly transformed since its humble beginnings, where it was originally designed for Middlesbrough Council to fill a gap in the local authority market for account recording and financial reconciliation. With word of the project’s success, news quickly spread to the London Borough of Islington, Liverpool City Council, and Swansea Council who all took up the software in quick succession. All of these customers still use CASPAR today.
When previously asked about the benefits of the solution, Donna Golden, Client Finance Lead, Estate Section at Middlesbrough Council added,
