Biography
Jack is a highly qualified and experienced Support Engineer, with a remit ranging from diagnosing and resolving client issues quickly, to maintaining Trojan’s Support knowledge base, and providing direct support to the Software Department in testing and validating updates and new features.
Jack has spent his whole career within IT Support working at different levels, starting off his career at a debt recovery agency working with 100s of local authorities, followed by a Telecommunication company, as well as a Hosted Cloud provider before ending up back at Trojan for the second time. His main responsibilities have spanned from internal and external helpdesk support, mobile device management, on-premise and cloud systems administrator and web development, amongst many other things along his way – affording him deep and diverse insight into effective relationship management and efficient issue resolution.
