A web designer and developer by training, David is a master of the latest development platforms, the intricacies of cyber security, and what constitutes an optimal user experience. Enjoying IT support roles for the best part of a decade, David knows how to get to the crux of a problem quickly – better still, how to avert issues in the first place. His technical prowess, added to his infinite patience on the help desk, instill confidence in both clients and colleagues that they’re in safe hands. Among other vital support tasks at Trojan, David is responsible for logging and fulfilling client calls and requests, keeping team members apprised of critical issues, and ensuring Trojan meets its SLA agreements.
